CHARGES FINED AGAINST ON MOTORBIKES FOR BREAKING THE RULES:
- · General Offence like improper Number plate, modification of vehicle , illegal parking attracts a fine of Rs.500 for first time and Rs.1000 for second time offence .
- · If a Motorist is found driving in a rash, over speed and usage of communication devices while driving vehicle , then he or she will be liable to pay Rs.1000 for the first offence and Rs.10000 for the second offence.
- · Usage of Motor vehicle for Racing purpose in public roads will attracts a fine of Rs.5000 for first offence and Rs.10000 for the second offence.
- · If a Motorist fails to let a way to pass ambulance , fire engine or any other emergency vehicle , he or s will be liable to pay fine of Rs.10000
- · Blowing the horn unnecessarily attract a fine of Rs.1000 for the first time and Rs.2000 for the second time offence.
- · If a Motorist disobey the order of authorities (Not stopping vehicle when traffic police wanted them to stop) or not sharing the information related to driver or vehicle , he will be charged for Rs.2000
- · Disobeying of traffic signals attracts a penalty of Rs.500 to 1000
